How do I register in True Vision?

Once you have entered the store, Click on my account. You will be redirected to a login page. If you have already signed up, enter your login and password to log onto the store. If you have not yet registered, click on the continue and you will be again redirected to a page where you have to fill your account information. PLEASE GIVE YOUR CORRECT CONTACT INFORMATION.

Click on password forgotten? and enter your Login ID (email address that you used to register) to receive your new password.

How to make a complete purchase?

Once you have logged on to the store, go through the categories which is available on the top left corner of the store. Click on the desired category and select the desired item. You can view all the items you have selected to buy by clicking on cart contents. Once you have finished shopping , click on the checkout button. If you are a returning customer enter your login and your password.

How do I remove an item from the cart?

Click on cart contents. In that page select the item you wish to remove and select the remove check box and click on the update button.

I wish to purchase(d) contact lens or spectacle lens. Where do I enter my specifications?

Once you have completed the checkout process and made the payment , you will be redirected to a page where you have to enter your specifications. Please enter your correct specifications and the Email id that you used to register (login ID). True Vision will deliver items based on specifications provided by you only and changes cannot be made once items are dispatched. True Vision's kind request to all customers to give the exact specification. Providing insufficient information will be at your own risk.
