True Vision has a dedicated team which sends SMS and e-mail reminders every quarter to their customers to get their glasses cleaned and serviced.

Spectacles service is essential to enhance the life of spectacles especially the hinges, which requires regular oiling to avoid the spring from snapping.

Two types of services are available

Short Service:

Here the spectacle frame alignment is checked, hinges oiled and nose pads changed.

Very convenient for people who wants there glasses serviced on the go, it takes around 15 -20 min.

Ultra sonic machine is used to remove the dirt and dust which cannot be removed by regular cleaning.

Regular Service:

Here the spectacles are dismantled and the frame and lenses are cleaned. This is the best kind of available service, however there is an element of risk in dismantling and re-fixing the spectacles.

It is generally recommended in the third quarter or later, and in some case if the spectacles are too dirty and oily.
